The Utchat is a Kamitic (Ancient Egyptian) symbol associated with the Heru faculty of our spirit. In Kamitic culture, it is referred to as "The Eye of Heru". In the story of Ausar & Auset, Heru's eye is restored by Tehuti, giving Heru the ability to triumph over evil. This metaphor leads us to use wisdom (Tehuti) to direct our will to live truth. This is achieved through stabilizing our heart-energy via diet and exercise. The "strength" to accomplish this will ultimately allow us to triumph over our personal limits and toxic habits, thus opening the way to our success.
Wearing the Utchat talisman provides the psychic protection against the subtle forces that lure us and reinforce our negative habits.
