Refund policy
Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail. Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned but may be ineligible for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Ausaria Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
FINAL SALE
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.

• Last Chance Items
• Sale/Clearance Items
Returns by Mail:
Complete the Return Form indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s).
- Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form. Attach a UPS shipping label on the outside of the package. If you cannot locate the return form, please contact Ausaria Customer Service for further assistance.
- Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for prepaid return shipping.

Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from Ausaria's email to you confirming receipt and validation but our aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
Exchanges
- You may exchange eligible item(s) by mail following the method detailed above. Exchanges may be made for an item of equal or greater value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.
